Curious about who Blue is? In the original Pokémon game, Blue is the antagonist of the plot. He is the trainer Red has to fight throughout the game. He is the embodiment of Gary, who was Ash's rival in the anime series.
With the new Mythical Island pack introduced to Pokémon TCG Pocket just the other week, Blue has gotten its very own themed deck, and it is incredibly strong.

Pokémon cards
Let's first discuss all the Pokémon cards we chose for this deck in Pokémon TCG Pocket. To begin, the deck focuses on the Pidgey evolution line. With two of each Pokémon, the line's final evolution, Pidgeot EX, is wildly powerful.
Pidgeot EX can do upwards of 140 damage with its main attack when your opponent's Bench is filled.
We then included two Farfetch'd Pokémon cards in this deck. This card might seem weak, but the Pokémon does 40 damage for an attack requiring only one Energy.
So, let's discuss Energy. This deck focuses solely on Normal-type Pokémon, meaning you can choose any type of Energy and it will work.

Trainer cards
The Trainer cards in the Blue-themed deck are essential to making this deck play at its strongest. First off, you have to include Blue, which reduces your opponent's move by 10 HP. We included a few other Supporter cards, like Professor's Research and Sabrina, which really help to complete this deck.
However, one Trainer card really pushes this deck to the top. The Pokémon Flute goes hand-in-hand with Pidgeot EX, as it lets you take a Basic Pokémon from your opponent's Discard Pile and place it on their bench.
We then included some typical cards to fill out the deck, such as Poké Ball and Potion.
Weakness
Due to this deck being bird Pokémon, its only weakness is Electric-type decks. Be careful when going up against a Pikachu EX deck, as the mouse Pokémon could take out your Pideot pretty fast.
However, with how strong this deck is, it should be easy to combat even the strongest of builds in Pokémon TCG Pocket.
Strength
Sadly, there are no Pokémon that have Normal-type attacks as their weakness. Still, though, with an attack that can do 140 damage, you can take out pretty much any deck.
