The spooky season is upon us! Here’s how to don the mask and outfit of Slasher: 76.
Overwatch 2 players on the PlayStation can now get the legendary Slasher Soldier: 76 skin for free. They can also claim five Battle Pass tier skips.
How to unlock the Slasher Soldier: 76 skin in Overwatch 2
To add the Slasher Soldier: 76 skin to your in-game collection, you must first visit the page for it in the PlayStation Store. Then, if you're already a PlayStation Plus member, then you can simply claim the bundle for free.
The next time you launch Overwatch 2, the legendary Soldier: 76 skin should appear in your collection. You can find it by selecting Soldier: 76 in the hero gallery and scrolling through his loadout. Once you have it selected, just press the "Equip" button.
Do note that this spooky offer is only available for a limited time as well. According to the official PlayStation Store, you have until Jan. 16 at 12 a.m. PT to get it. That's the same as Jan. 17 at 3 a.m. ET next year.
Overwatch 2 and PlayStation Plus
This isn't the first time that an Overwatch 2 is being given away to PlayStation Plus members. Earlier this year, for example, members got to claim a free legendary Gwishin Bastion skin. Other past skins include Construction Ramattra, Beekeeper Sigma, Matsuri Kiriko, Runner Sojourn, and more.
If you're interested in getting a PlayStation Plus membership, then visit the official website for it. The options range from monthly ones to yearly ones, and you can choose from the essential, extra, and premium subscriptions.
More Overwatch 2 Halloween skins
If you'd like to get more Halloween-themed skins in Overwatch 2, then this week's shop rotation features some spooky options. The new Archangel collection, for example, includes skins for Mercy, Genji, Freja, and Baptiste. Meanwhile, the Freaky Fashion Mega Bundle includes Cursed Doll Ashe, Gothic Cat Mercy, Gothic Cat Illari, and Tyrian Drake Brigitte.
If cosplay is more your vibe, then the Overwatch 2 x One-Punch Man collaboration is back with Garou Wuyang and Hellish Blizzard Ashe as new additions. You can also unlock Mumen Rider Soldier: 76 for free by completing nine One-Punch Man event challenges between Oct. 16 and Oct. 30.
