Overwatch 2 Season 18 mythic: How to unlock Ultraviolet Sentinel Sojourn

Overwatch 2 Season 18 just went live, which means players can now unlock the seasonal hero mythic. This time around, it's the Ultraviolet Sentinel Sojourn skin! Read on for our quick guide on how to add this mythic skin to your in-game collection.

This season includes a mythic hero skin and weapon skin. The hero skin is Ultraviolet Sentinel Sojourn while the weapon skin is Blazing Sunsetter Cassidy. These cosmetics can be unlocked via Mythic Prisms, which refer to a premium, in-game currency gained through the paid Battle Pass. Players do have the option to simply purchase Mythic Prisms from the in-game shop as well.

Mythic Prisms can be unlocked via the paid version of the Overwatch 2 Season 18 Battle Pass. At the minimum, a Battle Pass requires 1,000 Overwatch Coins, which is about $9.99 USD. If you have Mythic Prisms left over from previous seasons, then you can use those as well.

As noted, another option is to simply purchase Mythic Prisms from the in-game shop in bundles of 10, 30, 50, or 100. The bundle of 30 has a 20% bonus while 50 Mythic Prisms has a 25% bonus. As for the bundle of 100 Mythic Prisms, it has a 33% bonus.

To obtain this skin, launch Overwatch 2 and select "Shop" from the main menu. Next, go to the "Mythic" tab and click on the Ultraviolet Sentinel Sojourn option. From here, you can try out the skin before exchanging 50 Mythic Prisms for the base version of it.

Subsequent customizations require 10 Mythic Prisms each. The total cost of the Ultraviolet Sentinel Sojourn skin is 80 Mythic Prisms if you want the base skin plus levels 2 to 4 of the customization options. The Aspect skin, meanwhile, can only be unlocked after getting all of the aforementioned customization options.
