Let’s go gambling for the new Arcane-themed Exalted Fractured Jinx skin!

League of Legends is changing its monetization strategy, and the newest Exalted Fractured Jinx skin is its latest victim. Check out how you can get this Arcane-related skin, and how much you need to spend for Exalted Fractured Jinx, here.

How to get Exalted Fractured Jinx

The Exalted Fractured Jinx skin cannot be purchased per se - you need to acquire it through the newly-implemented Sanctum.

If you play Teamfight Tactics or gacha games like Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, or Zenless Zone Zero, then this mechanic will be familiar to you. The "banner" for Exalted Fractured Jinx is limited time, and you need to pull or "spark" for it. Each spark costs 400 RP, and you are guaranteed to get the skin within 80 pulls. This puts the maximum spending for the skin at 32000 RP, or about US$250.

Each time you spark, you have a 0.5% chance of getting the S-tier rewards. One S-tier reward is guaranteed within 80 sparks.:

  • Exalted Fractured Jinx bundle (skin and icon)
  • 270 Mythic Essence (if the bundle is already obtained)

There is a 10% chance for A-tier rewards, and one is guaranteed within 10 sparks.

  • Arcane Professor Heimerdinger
  • Arcane Vander Warwick
  • Arcane Last Stand Ekko
  • Arcane Commander Caitlyn
  • Arcane Brawler Vi
  • Arcane Survivor Jayce
  • Arcane Savior Viktor
  • Arcane Last Stand Ekko
  • Arcane Vander Warwick
  • Unique Arcane Professor Heimerdinger chroma
  • Unique Arcane Commander Caitlyn chroma
  • Arcane Fractured Jinx banner
  • 35 Mythic Essence (if all of the above are claimed)

The rest of the 89.5% are B-tier rewards, composed of icons and emotes. Previously owned icons and emotes cannot be obtained.

For reference, the commemorative Immortalized Legend Ahri skin for Faker cost 32,430 RP (for the less expensive bundle).

Exalted Fractured Jinx

Exalted Fractured Jinx is part of the latest wave of Arcane themed skins. It is also the first in the newest skin tier "Exalted." This tier sits above Ultimate and Mythic, but under Transcendent (Immortalized Legend Ahri).

This skin celebrates Jinx and Powder in Arcane. It has a lot of animations and voicelines that reference her character progression in the critically-acclaimed show, and can even swap between three forms in-game.

However, the abundance of content and forms still do not justify the high price point of this cosmetic, especially when considering other similar "form-based" skins in the game like Elementalist Lux and Gun Goddess Miss Fortune.
