The Pacific region’s major LoL championship begins Jan. 17.

The League of Legends Championship Pacific (LCP) has arrived! The reworked Pacific LoL league sees eight teams packed with the best and brightest from all over Southeast Asia and Oceania battle — and it all starts with the LCP Season Kickoff.

The reworked Pacific LoL region now sees three splits over the course of a calendar year, each qualifying a team (or teams) to one of Riot Games' big tournaments: First Stand, Mid-Season Invitational, and Worlds. Who will rep the LCP on the world stage at the inaugural First Stand?

The LCP Season Kickoff is the first "split" for the Pacific championship league, starting on Jan. 17. LCP Season Kickoff is a two-stage tournament. The round-robin stage sees the eight teams (four Partners and four Guests) play a single best-of-three round robin. After each team has played their seven games, teams will be consolidated in a ladder.

The bottom two teams will be eliminated, while the top six progress to stage two — the playoffs. Here, the teams play a double-elimination bracket. First and second receive a first-round bye. The winner at the end of the playoff bracket will emerge as the LCP's representative for Riot's new major tournament, First Stand, in March.

Fearless Draft will be used for the LCP in 2025, forcing teams to get creative with their drafts and adapt larger champion pools. Here are the teams participating in LCP Season Kickoff 2025:
