Here are all of the Ascension and Trace materials you need to raise Rappa in Honkai Star Rail. You can begin pre-farming a lot of these materials right now, too!

Rappa is a limited-time 5-star Imaginary Erudition character, the first in Honkai Star Rail, and the latest character from Penacony.

These are all of the materials that Rappa needs for her Ascension. The Chordal Mirage material is not yet farmable in Honkai Star Rail as of Version 2.5. It will become available in Version 2.6 alongside Rappa’s release.

If players have not unlocked the location where the Chordal Mirage can be farmed by the time it releases, it can accessed via the Interastral Peace Guide using the "Temporary Early Access" feature. Note that this feature will only be available while Rappa's banner is ongoing.

Chordal Mirage location

The Chordal Mirage is the Rappa Ascension Material you really need to go out of your way to farm. However, as mentioned above, it is currently not in the game yet. Players will have to dedicate some time to farming this material once the Stagnant Shadow becomes available.

Challenging the Stagnant Shadow is the main way players can acquire the Rappa Ascension Material Chordal Mirage. Alternatively, players have two other choices to get the material:

  1. Use the Omni-Synthesizer - Material Exchange
  2. Wait until Rappa’s banner, then use the “Temporary Early Access” function to challenge the node.

Using the Omni Synthesizer has a limit of 20 exchanges for the Chordal Mirage per week. It requires two of a different Ascension material for one Chordal Mirage.

Trace Materials for Rappa

In most cases, you shouldn't require this complete list unless you intend on maxing out her Traces.

The Rough Sketch, Dynamic Outlining, and Exquisite Colored Draft can be farmed from the Crimson Calyx: Bud of Erudition in the Penacony Grand Theater.

The Lost Echo of the Shared Wish can be acquired from the Echo of War: Salutations of Ashen Dreams in Penacony Grand Theater. Note that you can only challenge this a maximum of three times a week.
