Navia marked the end of a long abstinence from new Geo characters in Genshin Impact. She was released in version 4.3 along with her involvement in the Fontaine Archon Quest. Navia is a 5-star Geo Claymore character, but she also uses her Gunbrella in combat. This gives her a little more range than usual Claymore characters. Her Arkhe is Ousia.
Navia Talents (Abilities)
Navia brings a unique skill set to the table, maximizing AoE Geo damage through various attacks:
- Normal Attack: Blunt Refusal - The usual Claymore basic attack.
- Elemental Skill: Ceremonial Crystalshot
- Navia gains 1 Crystal Shrapnel stack for every Crystallize Shard she or other party members obtains, for a maximum of 6. Casting the Skill fires her Gunbrella, consuming all stacks and dealing Geo DMG to all opponents hit. The more stacks consumed, the more shards the Skill fires, which results in more total damage dealt.
- Holding this Skill causes Navia to enter Aiming Mode and collects all nearby Crystalliz Shards.
- Two charges, deals Ousia-aligned DMG.
- Elemental Burst: As the Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute - Deals waves of Geo DMG in a large area around Navia. Navia gainst 1 stack of Crystal Shrapnel every 2.4 seconds if an enemy is hit.
Passive Talents
- Undisclosed Distribution Channels - Navia's Basic Attack gets Geo conversion and a 40% DMG boost for 4 seconds after using Elemental Skill.
- Mutual Assistance Network - For each Pyro/Electro/Cryo/Hydro party member, Navia gainst 20% increased ATK. Maximum of 40%.
- Painstaking Transaction - Receive 25% more rewards when dispatched on a Fontaine Expedition for 20 hours.
Constellations
- A Lady's Rules for Keeping a Courteous Distance - For every stack consumed by her Elemental Skill, Navia restores 3 Energy (max of 9) and reduces Elemental Burst cooldown by 1 second (max of 3s).
- The President's Pursuit of Victory - Each stack consumed by the Elemental Skill increases its CRIT Rate by 12%, for a max of 36%. Hitting an enemy with the Elemental Skill fires one wave of the Elemental Burst near the enemy.
- Businesswoman's Broad Vision - Increases Elemental Skill level and cap.
- The Oathsworn Never Capitulate - Enemies hit by Elemental Burst receive a 20% Geo RES reduction for 8 seconds.
- Negotiator's Resolute Negotiations - Increases Elemental Burst level and cap.
- The Flexible Finesse of the Spina's President - Each stack consumed by the Elemental Skill beyond the first 3 increases its CRIT DMG by 45% and is refunded.

Marechaussee Hunter is an option if she's paired with Furina to reliably proc the 4-piece bonus.

Best Weapons
Navia excels with the Verdict Claymore, her Signature Weapon. Serpent Spine, especially at R5, is also a good choice. Other viable weapons include Skyward Pride, Redhorn Stonethresher, and Wolf's Gravestone.
Best Teammates
Navia shines as an on-field carry and wants two other elements in the team due to her Passive Talent. Thus, the optimal team would be Navia, another Geo character like Zhongli, and two Pyro/Cryo/Hydro/Electro characters (make sure they're different elements!). Good choices include:
- Furina (include a healer to sustain Furina's buffs)
- Bennett
- Fischl
- Kokomi (if other Geo character is not Zhongli)
