Echoes Act 2 is coming to Destiny 2 later this summer.
Destiny 2: The Final Shape has taken the gaming community by storm thanks to its marvelous art style, compelling story, and strategic reworks to the Bungie looter shooter. A big part of this rework is the changes to the way Seasons previously worked, as they now operate under the name of Episodes, with the first in the new DLC being called Echoes. And now, with Destiny 2 Echoes Act 1 wrapping up, many fans are wondering when they can expect Act 2.

Destiny 2 Echoes Act 2 start date
Destiny 2 Echoes Act 2 will begin on July 16, according to Bungie, with Act 3 following shortly behind on Aug. 27. The entire saga of Echoes, the first of three episodes in The Final Shape, will run from June 11 to Oct. 8.
According to the Echoes landing page, Act 2 will feature new activities, new rewards, and an event called Solstice 2024, which will begin on Aug. 6 at the midway point of Act 2. Otherwise, little is known about what to expect from each Act moving forward.
Until then, players have some time left on Act 1, where they will be able to progress through the Season Pass to rank 100 and complete all of the seasonal activities on Nessus alongside Failsafe and company. It's also a great time to work on increasing your light level to the current cap, farm different Exotic rolls like Ergo Sum or the contentious Exotic class items, or even try and beat the Salvation's Edge raid.
