Spectre Divide is back, rather quickly, with a Closed Beta test. You can request access now and keep your fingers crossed for entry.

The Spectre Divide Stress Test was an apparent success. Chosen players were able to give the game a go for a handful of hours to make sure the servers could handle any sort of load. Well, Mountaintop Studios to ready to move to the next phase, as they have announced the Spectre Divide Closed Beta.

Gaining access works similarly to how you did during the Stress Test, but happy days are ahead. This beta period lasts way longer than just the middle of a Saturday. Let's get into the details.

Mountaintop Studios have graciously given players more than a week of Closed Beta access for Spectre Divide. You can jump in and play until the following dates:

  • Start: Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 9 a.m. PT
  • End: Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 6 p.m. PT

If you aren't sure what the PT time zone is compared to your own, you can use a converter to make sure you know exactly when it begins and ends where you're located.

How to join the Spectre Divide Closed Beta

There are two main ways you can gain access to the beta. One is by requesting it and hoping you get picked, or another by earning invitation through drops.

Steam Request

This one is fairly simple. Just head to the Spectre Divide page on Steam, scroll down a bit, and press the button to request access to the beta. You'll need to be logged in to your Steam account for it to work.

Twitch Drops

The second method allows you to watch your favorite streamer that has access and gain an invite through a Twitch Drop. Be sure all the right accounts are linked, and as you watch, there is a chance you'll get a Twitch Drop notification with a key to play along with some in-game goodies to show off.

That's all there is to it, so stay tuned to esports.gg for more esports news!
