2XKO's alpha playtest has officially launched, and gamers everywhere are scurrying to get access. The brand new fight gaming from Riot Games has already made quite a name for itself, as it features popular League of Legends characters to play with. So, what are the basic controls for 2XKO? Luckily, the game has already released a list of all the basic controls you need to know when playing 2XKO. The game is primarily meant to be played on a controller, so all controls listed are for different types of controllers.

The infographic above, provided by Riot Games, lists all the different basic controls used with each type of controller. Despite each controller having a few different buttons rearranged, it is still a simple and universal button setup, compared to other fighting games.

Those planning on playing 2XKO, and who have a history with other fight titles, should expect to adapt quickly with the controls above.

Universal Moves

The game also provided gamers with a list of universal moves that players can utilize when fighting their way through the game.

With different move sets, such as Normals, Launcher attacks, Specials and more, the list in the image above provides gamers with everything they need to take on one another.

Beginner Combos

Above are some basic Beginner Combos that players can use. While none are necessarily listed, the game did specify to experiment with some of the buttons above. You can also try the new Pulse Fuse, which is just button-mashing until a devastating combo happens.

Seems like the game is trying to cater to the casual fighting gamers, too.

Tag Mechanics

Last, but not least, the game also provided players with the information needed to perform different Tag Mechanics. These are vital to winning in duo matches, as they give players a chance to help run assists when their teammate lands a devastating blow.
