The Bird Call is Fortnite's newest Emote set, and it will be available to players for free in just a few days. Rather than purchasing this Emote via the Item Shop as usual, the Bird Call Emote is unlockable to all players who purchase or redeem V-Bucks between Oct. 2 and Nov. 1.

Players interested in adding the Bird Call Emote to their locker have two options to unlock it, and they are as follows:
- You can purchase and redeem a V-Bucks card from Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Amazon, or other major retailers.
- Increase your V-Bucks balance from Fortnite, which you can do from the game itself.
Your options to purchase V-Bucks include 1,000 ($8.99), 2,800 ($22.99), 5,000 ($36.99), and 13,500 ($89.99). Starting Oct. 2, you will receive the Bird Call Fortnite Emote as a bonus, regardless of your chosen amount. For those who aren't from the United States, the timeframe of this promotion varies.
- Pacific Time: Oct. 1 at 5 p.m. to October 31 at 5 p.m.
- Eastern Time: Oct. 1 at 8 p.m. to October 31 at 8 p.m.
- British Summer Time: Oct. 2 at 1 a.m. to November 1 at 1 a.m.
- Japan Standard Time: Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. to November 1 at 9 a.m.
- Australian Eastern Time: Oct. 2 at 10 a.m. to November 1 at 10 a.m.
- New Zealand Standard Time: Oct. 2 at 12 p.m. to November 1 at 12 p.m.
