The Fortnite x Daft Punk collaboration is official! Here’s everything you can expect, from the in-game skins to The Daft Punk Experience!
Fortnite has officially revealed its collaboration with the French electronic music duo Daft Punk. Although leakers previously reported the partnership would happen, Epic Games dropped everything players can expect in a blog post. From in-game skins and cosmetics to new Jam Tracks, there's a lot included.
While there won't be a concert as many expected, Daft Punk's presence in the game will be strong when it finally lands on Thursday, Sept. 26. This article outlines everything you can expect.
Will there be a Daft Punk concert in Fortnite?
Fans of the French duo were holding out hope that this collaboration could signify a reunion between the two. The pair went their separate ways in 2021 and have yet to reunite. Unfortunately, Fortnite has confirmed there will be no concert.
Instead, The Daft Punk Experience will allow players to create music videos, fight robots, or simply dance. In an FAQ section of the blog post, Epic confirmed this is not a concert and does not mean the duo is reuniting. However, it will be an immersive experience with an "afterparty" to follow later.
The Experience goes live on Saturday, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m. ET and will be available "for a while," according to Epic Games.
All Daft Punk skins coming to Fortnite

It wouldn't be a true Fortnite collaboration without in-game cosmetics, especially considering Daft Punk's iconic look. Both members are coming to the game with their patented futuristic outfits. On Sept. 25 at 8 p.m., players can choose to purchase either or both Daft Punk skins with various accompanying cosmetics.
Each member has a Fortnite Outfit with two styles and a LEGO style, a Back Bling, an Emote, and a Wrap. The pricing details aren't available yet, but here is a complete list of the items included:

GM08 Outfit and Accessories
- GM08 Outfit
- Gold Battery Back Bling
- Get Lucky Emote
- Daft Punk Wrap
TB3 Outfit and Accessories
- TB3 Outfit
- Silver Battery Back Bling
- Around the World Emote
- Daft Punk Future Wrap
What about the Jam Tracks?

It also wouldn't be a Daft Punk partnership without their music. Also coming to the Item Shop on Sept. 25 are Fortnite Festival Jam Tracks for Instant Crush, Get Lucky, I Feel It Coming, and Starboy. Two of those tracks feature past Fortnite collaborator The Weeknd.
Lastly, LEGO Fortnite players can acquire Decor Bundles based on Daft Punk, enabling them to build elaborate pyramid structures. For more information, you can visit the official blog post ahead of the upcoming launch date.
