Fortnite hosts some of the best events and tournaments in the world of esports. Here are all the events to look forward to in 2025.
Fortnite had quite a few events happen throughout 2024, many of them pulling in thousands of viewers. Now, with the year ending, the game has plenty of large events planned in 2025, some held by Fortnite and some held by third-party organizations.
Here are the top Fortnite events to look forward to in 2025.
All big Fortnite events happening in 2025
While some events may not be announced for 2025, we know of quite a few that are for sure happening. From massive tournaments to in-game events, here is a list of all the big Fortnite events to look forward to in 2025.
1. Fortnite Globals
2025 will have multiple FNCS tournaments, but at the end of the year there will be the 2025 Fortnite Globals event. Globals is a massive in-person tournament that takes the top players from each FNCS held in 2025, pitting them against each other during a huge weekend of Fortnite.
In 2024, Globals was held in Fort Worth, Texas, so the chances of it being in Europe in 2025 are very high. At the moment, however, we do not know a date or location yet for the 2025 Fortnite Global Championship.
2. DreamHack
DreamHack is notorious for hosting various events throughout the year, all of which have some type of Fortnite tournament. While the convention has not confirmed any Fortnite events for 2025, it will almost more than likely have one.
Right now, DreamHack has one event announced in 2025: DreamHack Dallas. The convention will take place May 23-25 in Dallas.

3. Twitch Rivals
Twitch Rivals always hosts huge Fortnite events throughout the year. During Super Bowl season, the tournament hosts a Fortnite event with different pros and NFL players.
TwitchCon also usually hosts a Fortnite event, as it has during every convention since 2019.
While none of these events are confirmed, fans should expect Twitch to begin announcing Twitch Rivals events.
4. Esports World Cup
The Esports World Cup, which will be held in Saudi Arabia, will also have a Fortnite event. With millions of dollars on the line, this event has proven to be one of the biggest tournaments in esports.
We know that the tournament series will begin this June and end in August, but the dates for the Fortnite tournament are yet to be released.
5. In-game events
Fortnite is notorious for hosting in-game events at the end of every season and chapter. With Chapter 6 just beginning and OG Fortnite about to start, fans certainly expect huge extravagant in-game events at the end of each season.
In 2024, we saw events with Juice WRLD, Snoop Dogg, Eminem and more. Who will we see join the game in 2025?
