Does the new LEGO Fortnite game mode support split screen?

LEGO Fortnite just dropped, and with over 2 million players enjoying the new game mode, many are wondering if you can play split screen with your friends. Fortnite introduced split screen a while back for the Battle Royale and Zero Build mode but was never introduced to Creative mode.

So is split screen available for LEGO Fortnite?

Does LEGO Fortnite support split screen?

Unfortunately, LEGO Fortnite does not support split screen. If you want to play the game mode with your friends, you will have to be on separate consoles.

Luckily, though, the game is available on all consoles, so that means you can easily hook up two consoles in one room and play together. Play on the Nintendo Switch, Mobile, PC, Xbox and PlayStation together.

Will split screen ever be available for the game?

While there is no definitive answer to whether or not LEGO Fortnite will ever support split screen, it can be theorized as highly unlikely due to the fact that Creative mode never became split screen accessible.

All of this, though, is just a guess, as the game could decide to add split screen at any given moment.

As for now, players will just have to accept that playing the game with friends will have to be through an internet connection and not via split screen.
