Frostivus 2023 has a Free Pudge Persona? – The Frosty the Sew-Man Set

'Tis the season, and with it comes the Dota 2 festivities in Frostivus. The 2023 holiday event from Valve has brought some returning and brand new sets for the Heroes. Included in the upper tier of the Frostivus rewards is a bundle for the Pudge Persona. For a few days, while the festivities of Frostivus reign, players will be able to claim the bundle as a rewards and unlock the limited-time Toy Butcher Persona.

Earlier today, Valve has celebrated the holiday season by releasing the Frostivus event for the Dota 2 community. Players have a chance at claiming some of the various prizes from the Frostivus 2023 treasure. The event runs until Jan. 11, 2024, so players have around a month to claim their prizes.

The 2023 Frostivus Dota 2 event has five tiers of rewards available in it's treasure trove. New sets from the Frostivus treasure like Pudge's Frosty the Sew-Man Persona bundle or Ancient Apparition's Silent Wight set, as well as returning sets like Techies' Powdersled Rookery or Tiny's Frostmoot bundle are available in tiers one through two. There's a total of 21 different sets within the first two tiers. While the upper tiers, as in three or more all feature brand new immortals and bundles. Of which, is the new Frostivus Frosty the Sew-Man bundle for the Pudge Persona.

This Frostivus bundle not only comes with a Festive skin for the Pudge Persona, but also comes with the Persona itself. A treasure for two for the price of one! So essentially, all players need to do to claim a free persona is to roll on the correct reward. Although it's easier said than done, with the Trade-Up feature returning, the reward doesn't seem to far off. Included in the reward are the two items that make up this bundle:

The Sugary Shiv is the main hand weapon for the Frostivus Pudge Persona and comes in two styles. A red and white version called the Peppermint Predator and a Green and Black variant called the Spearmint Savager. The green and black version of the weapon is quite reminiscent of the alternative style of the Pudge Arcana, so Rubick players beware.

Remember, the Frostivus Frosty the Sew-Man Pudge Persona bundle is only a tier three item in the Frostivus 2023 rewards. Along the same tier, there are five other rewards, and three of them are highly sought after immortals. Additionally, the tier above the Pudge bundle contains a similar Persona or Arcana Set bundle for either Wraith King or Crystal Maiden. So, pick your rewards wisely.
