NA Dota is so back! ESL One Raleigh marks a decade-long return of offline Dota 2 to North America with the stakes higher than ever. A huge $1 million prize pool is up for grabs as well as vital ranking points for this year's The International.

ESL One Raleigh format and teams
ESL One Raleigh is a 12-team event running from April 7 to 13. It's the first big Dota 2 tournament on American soil for over a decade and will feature a live audience for the final three days, with a packed-out Raleigh Convention Center expected in the playoffs.
But first, our 12 teams will play out a round-robin group stage. Each group sees six teams play 10 matches of Dota, after which the top four will be sorted into the playoffs (top two to upper bracket, next two to lower bracket). The bottom two will be eliminated.
The playoffs sees the remaining teams play out the double-elimination bracket, with the grand final a best-of-five. All other matches are best-of-three.
