2023 DPC Ranking: Who is going to TI12?

The International 2023 or TI12 marks the culmination of the year, where we crown the annual Dota 2 world champion. Read more to see the 2023 DPC ranking and find out which teams are going to compete at TI12.

To qualify for this prestigious tournament, teams will have to consistently accumulate DPC points throughout the year. So where do teams collect DPC points? In 2023, there are three Tours. Each Tour hosts Regional Leagues in six different regions and a LAN Dota 2 Major which all offer hefty DPC points. The earlier tournaments offer lesser DPC points and they gradually increase over the year.

The top 12 teams with the highest DPC points by the end of the season earn a direct invite to TI12. This list serves to see which teams have collected the most points as of now.

Berlin Major results

The second Dota 2 Major crowns Gaimin Gladiators as the champions once again. However, this doesn't secure the team a direct invite - yet. The Major also sees an impressive performance from 9 Pandas, securing top 3 and boosting their position up the DPC ranking. Evil Geniuses grab the top 4 spot for the first time since this roster's iteration. Despite fielding stand-ins, OG and Team Aster exceeded expectations and managed to grab extra DPC points.

Spring Tour (Tour 2) results

The second regional leagues mirrored similar results to the first Tour but slight changes here and there. The most interesting changes come from the Chinese region. After the Knights and EHOME debacle from the previous Tour, China DPC saw stronger competition from Xtreme Gaming and Invictus Gaming. Another interesting result was Team SMG's qualification for their first Dota 2 Major as an org, and this also marks MidOne's return to the global stage after two years. The EEU region crowns HellRaisers as the champion, ahead of favorites Team Spirit and BetBoom Team. Here is the full set of winners in Tour 2 DPC.

Lima Major results

The first Dota 2 Major of the year crowned Gaimin Gladiators as the champions. The WEU team delivered an undefeated run throughout the Upper Bracket. The tournament see interesting surprises including Talon Esports' underdog run, the early exits from China, and an impressive performance by Shopify Rebellion. This Major also sees South America's Evil Geniuses secure another top 6 placement.

Winter Tour (Tour 1) result

The first DPC Tour of 2023 saw some expected results and some surprising ones. Team Secret had failed once again to qualify for a Dota 2 Major and they even suffered relegation. OG Esports also did not make it into the top 4 of WEU after losing an intense round of tiebreakers. SEA welcomed new names on top meanwhile its regional favorites, Fnatic and BOOM Esports, drop to Division II. Here is the full set of winners in Tour 1 DPC.
