As the HUENEME - NEGEV error is almost exclusively an issue with your connection, most of our fixes are based on restarting your internet and testing multiple connections:

  • Confirm it's just you having the problem by checking for server outages. Activision will let the community know via X/Twitter or on the main website if there is ongoing maintenance or an outage. Be sure to also check any console-specific outage pages (Xbox, PlayStation).
  • Close Black Ops 6, then restart your PC or console.
  • Test a different connection. If possible, connect via a mobile hotspot or an alternate internet connection and see if the error persists. If not, there may be a problem with your original connection.
  • Restart your modem or router. Switch the modem off at the power, unplug it, wait a short moment, then plug it back in and power it up. After the connection is re-established, test again.
  • Switch from a wireless to an Ethernet connection if you are able. An internet connection is always more consistent via cable compared to Wi-Fi.
  • Wait a short while, especially if you are attempting to reconnect after a game or season launch.

If none of the above methods fixes the HUENEME - NEGEV error, Activision suggests you get in touch with them directly via their support page.
