The Stryder .22 is the best pistol in Black Ops 6, so make sure you have its best loadout.
Most of the pistols in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 have their strengths, but one of them is widely considered to be the most well-rounded of the bunch. The Stryder .22 has become the go-to pistol for casual and competitive players alike thanks to its superior fire rate, damage, and mobility. However, to get the most out of the Stryder .22 in Black Ops 6, players need to equip the correct attachments.
Like any other primary weapon, the loadout you choose for the Stryder .22 will have a dramatic effect on how it handles. While it takes a long time before you unlock all the necessary attachments for the Stryder's loadout, you won't unlock its full potential until this happens.
How to unlock the Stryder .22 in Black Ops 6
Before you can equip the Stryder .22, you need to unlock it. The Stryder .22 is unlocked in Black Ops 6 at level 40, which is technically the halfway point between level 1 and level 55 based on XP.
After reaching level 40 during any prestige, you can go to the secondary slot of any loadout and equip the Stryder .22. While you can use a Prestige Token on the pistol to permanently unlock it, we recommend using those precious tokens on other items in Black Ops 6.

Attachments for the best Stryder .22 in Black Ops 6
Now that you have the Stryder .22 unlocked, it's time to build the loadout for it. With the Stryder being a pistol, you won't have access to as many attachments as you do with a primary weapon. However, the attachments you need don't differ too much from any other meta loadout in Black Ops 6.
- Optic: Kepler Microflex
- Muzzle: Ported Compensator
- Barrel: Reinforced Barrel
- Rear Grip: Ergonomic Grip
- Fire Mods: Rapid Fire
Secondary weapons only have the ability to equip five attachments, so the Gunfighter Wildcard won't come into play here. This means we need to be a little more selective about our attachments.
Fortunately, the Stryder .22 doesn't need a ton of help in different areas. The loadout begins with the standard Kepler Microflex optic, which is the best overall red dot sight in multiplayer. Next, there's the Ported Compensator and the Reinforced Barrel, with the former boosting recoil control and the latter increasing damage range and bullet velocity.
The final two attachments are arguably the most important for a secondary weapon. The Ergonomic Grip improves sprint-to-fire speed along with dive and slide-to-fire speeds, which are crucial when running around with a pistol. Then, Rapid Fire boosts fire rate, which can greatly improve your time-to-kill if you have a fast trigger finger.
That's the entire Stryder .22 loadout in Black Ops 6. You'd be hard-pressed to find a stronger secondary loadout in multiplayer, but the Grekhova loadout we covered might be a little more enjoyable.
