The Krig C is back in Black Ops 6 and it has a fantastic loadout.

The Season 1 update in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has gone live and it's overflowing with content for fans to consume. Of course, one of the highlights of the update for many players are the two new weapons in the Battle Pass. The Krig C assault rifle is one half of the new weapon drop in Black Ops 6, marking a quick return for the fan-favorite gun.

If you didn't play Black Ops Cold War, the Krig C is a powerful fully-automatic assault rifle that has little recoil and high damage. While its mobility isn't the strongest, we can make up for that and add even more to the weapon's strengths with the right set of attachments. Below, you can see everything you need to know about the Krig C and its best loadout in Black Ops 6.

How to unlock the Krig C in Black Ops 6

Arriving with the Season 1 update, the Krig C is unlockable through the new Battle Pass. We covered the unlock process in-depth in a previous guide, but you simply need to complete page 6 of the Battle Pass to unlock the Krig C.

As with all new weapons, the Krig C is a free weapon, meaning you don't have to purchase anything to unlock it. All you have to do is earn or purchase Battle Pass Tokens, work your way through the pass, and complete page 6. Or, you can buy the Ultra Skin: Parasite Warrior bundle for 2,400 COD Points and unlock the Krig C through a blueprint.

Attachments for the best Krig C loadout in Black Ops 6

Now that you have the Krig C unlocked, you can begin leveling it up and equipping attachments for it. The Krig C is already a strong assault rifle, but with a few extra attachments, it becomes one of the best weapons in multiplayer.

  • Muzzle: Compensator
  • Barrel: Reinforced Barrel
  • Underbarrel: Vertical Foregrip
  • Rear Grip: Commando Grip

This is a fairly basic, but incredibly powerful loadout for the Krig C. All of your major stats are boosted to make the AR an all-around monster.

The Kepler Microflex is our optic of choice, but you can swap it out for any other sight you prefer. The Compensator heavily reduces vertical recoil while the Vertical Foregrip does the same for horizontal recoil. Next, the Reinforced Barrel improves bullet velocity and damage range for those long range gunfights.

Wrapping things up is the Commando Grip, which increases aim down sight and sprint-to-fire speeds. That will help you deal with any close range fights against an SMG.

Best secondary for the Krig C

Following the attachment selection, it's time to pick a secondary weapon for your loadout. In all honesty, any one of the four pistols works as a back-up to the Krig C.

However, the most well-rounded pistol is the Stryder .22, which is unlocked at level 40. If you're not there in your prestige yet, the 9mm PM works just as well.

Best tactical and lethal equipment for the Krig C

Next up, we can equip your equipment for the loadout. Personal preference once again comes into play here, but we have our suggestions below:

  • Tactical: Stim Shot
  • Lethal: Semtex/Impact Grenade

This is the best set of equipment for all situations, but you can equip whatever your favorite is in either category.

Best perks and wildcard for the Krig C

Finally, we can equip the perks and wildcard to complete the Krig C loadout. For the wildcard, you can opt to go with Gunfighter and use an extra three attachments, but we feel that wildcard is better spent elsewhere.

  • Perk 1: Ninja
  • Perk 2: Fast Hands
  • Perk 3: Double Time
  • Perk 4: Ghost
  • Wildcard: Perk Greed

And that wraps up the complete loadout for the Krig C in Black Ops 6. It's one of the strongest assault rifles right out of the gate in Season 1, but it might not be the best gun from the update, as the Saug SMG is quite powerful as well.
