Search and Destroy is one of the three competitive modes in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The one-life mode is one of the most popular in multiplayer year after year, even in regular public matches. If you're looking to take your Search and Destroy game to the next level, then you need the best all-around loadout available to you.

The ideal loadout for Search and Destroy consists of a meta weapon, a strong secondary, and the best perks and equipment. You give your enemy a massive advantage if you're missing even one of these elements. To see the best loadout for Search and Destroy, check out the guide below.

  1. Muzzle: Ported Compensator
  2. Barrel: Reinforced Barrel
  3. Magazine: Extended Mag I
  4. Rear Grip: Ergonomic Grip
  5. Fire Mod: Recoil Springs

As you can see, we have a meta SMG, a meta secondary pistol, and two ARs. The Model L is the best overall AR, but it's been banned by many tournament websites and professional players. As a result, the XM4 is the next AR up, but only if you're playing competitively in private matches. For public match players, the Model L is still free to use.

It's also worth noting you can use the Gunfighter Wildcard to use three extra attachments on each loadout (minus the secondary). However, we'll be using another wildcard for another part of the loadout.

Moving on, we'll fill in the rest of the Search and Destroy loadout. This includes equipping your tactical and lethal equipment along with a field upgrade and perks.

Tactical and lethal equipment

  1. Tactical - Concussion
  2. Lethal - Semtex

Field upgrade

  1. Trophy System

Perks and wildcard

  1. Perk 1: Ninja
  2. Perk 2: Fast Hands
  3. Perk 3: Double Time
  4. Perk 4: Flak Jacket/Tac Mask
  5. Wildcard: Perk Greed

This is the best class you can possibly run for Search and Destroy. The only change you might want to make is swapping out the Perk Greed Wildcard for Gunfighter or using a Flash Grenade instead of a Concussion. However, Flash Grenades might be banned if you're playing on a tournament website.

Aside from that, your Search and Destroy loadout is now complete and ready to dominate the opposition in Black Ops 6.
