It’s a unique currency in the fighting game by Riot. You can use these Tokens to unlock 2XKO Champions.
2XKO explores a pretty new area in the fighting games culture: free-to-play access. Naturally, the developers leave various possibilities to support the product, and paying for unlocking champions may be one of them.
Still, 2XKO is more about selling skins — characters can be free. If you know how to get Champion Tokens, you can easily add two fighters to your roster.
Two free Champion Tokens in 2XKO
When you launch the game for the first time, it suggests you complete a First Fight mission. Do it!
- You play as Ahri, and Braum explains you essential basics, like movement and attack types. Complete this First Fight, and one 2XKO Champion Token is yours.
The second free Champion Token in 2XKO is a reward for completing twelve First Step Missions.
- Head to the Battle Pass section in the upper menu and then choose to see all available missions. You’ll find First Steps in the left menu. These missions introduce different aspects of the game. You’ll get a Champion Token at the end.
Champion Tokens in 2XKO Starter Editions
Riot Games offers three types of Starter Editions for the fighting games 2XKO. Each includes Champion Tokens.
- Standard, $29.99: 4 Tokens
- Deluse, $59.99: 8 Tokens
- Ultra, $99.99: 8 Tokens
These offers are great for their additional content. For example, 2XKO Ultra Starter Edition includes 3 exclusive Arcane skins.
Tokens to unlock 2XKO Champions
Six 2XKO Champions are available for free, and the others should be unlocked. Champion Tokens is one of the ways to do so.
- Head to the Champions section in the upper menu.
- Select characters with a lock on their icon.
- Choose to unlock them with a Token.
Other options for unlocking 2XKO champions include 10,000 Credits, which can be obtained by playing the game, and 1,000 KO Points, purchasable for cash.
