Depends on how many Flesh Heaps he can rack up.

Pudge is an easy pick for the fattest Dota 2 hero, but there are multiple contenders for that very large belt. Size is subjective, and there are multiple factors to consider when deciding which hero completely shatters the scale. Dota 2 has no official height and weight measurements to go by, and heroes' in-game models don’t always match up to the lore.

As with many things in Dota 2, the champion of chubbiness all comes down to definition.

Tiny may be the fattest Dota 2 hero of them all

Pudge is the obvious choice for the fattest Dota 2 hero. His blubber literally rolls all around his body, and the geniuses at Valve have even made it a game mechanic. Flesh Heap’s flavor text implies that Pudge literally gets fatter as he acquires stacks. The active even uses the fat as a defensive shield, making Pudge the obvious pick for the fattest Dota 2 hero.

However, if you consider fat to only mean size, Tiny easily takes the entire cake. Level 3 Grow turns Tiny into a literal mountain, making him by far, the largest hero in terms of lore size. His final in-game model is also the largest. A Tiny with Giant’s Ring, Black King Bar, and Bloodlust basically blocks out the screen. The only problem is Tiny’s default size, where he actually lives up to his name.

By a very strict definition, it is also possible that Underlord is the fattest Dota 2 hero. His default model is absolutely massive, dwarfing nearly every hero aside from release Grimstroke. Throw in size buffs and he becomes nearly as big as Tiny. Level three Grow may still beat Underlord in terms of in-game model size, but does it really count if he has to get to level 18?
