The menu music in College Football 25 is starting to get old.

One of my personal favorite things about the old NCAA football games was learning all of the schools' fight songs while grinding through recruiting on my Dynasty mode playthrough, and I was so excited to re-live this iconic menu music in College Football 25. But, what do we get instead? Drums. And while I love percussion as much as the next person, I would love some variety.

The menu music is the worst part of College Football 25

One of the most iconic elements of the old college football games was, in my opinion, the fight songs for all of the schools that played while you scrolled through the menu. For avid Dynasty players like myself, you spend a lot of time on these menu screens, so the music that plays is a big part of the experience of playing the game.

So, when I went to boot up College Football 25 for the first time, I was getting myself ready to hear OU's Boomer Sooner or the iconic Florida State War Chant as I loaded into the game. It would have been a portal to the past and would have had me instantly so hyped to play the game I loved once again.

Instead, drums. So many drums. And, don't get me wrong, the drumline is a cultural cornerstone of college football in its own right, but not what I want 100% of the time. The option to change this, toggle to fight songs, or something else would be the icing on the cake for what has otherwise been a perfect game.

Can you change the menu music in College Football 25?

Currently, you cannot change the menu music in CFB 25. Developers have not said anything about this being added to the game in a future patch so, for the foreseeable future, we are stuck with the drumline.

So, whether you are studying for tests in Road to Glory or trying to get your first 5-star recruit in Dynasty, get ready for a chorus of drums guiding you along the whole time with no end in sight.

If this ever changes, trust me, we will be the first to report on it. So, stay tuned for more CFB 25 news and updates here at esports.gg!
