ZZZ 2.3 stream unveils spooky memories and three new Agents

Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.3 (ZZZ 2.3) is focused on the shared past of the Spook Shack faction. The adventure leads to a new powerful boss, Wandering Hunter. To help players battle through these missions, the game features character banners for two S-Rank Agents and gives away an A-Rank one for free.

The major story event of Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.3 is named “Memories of Dreams Bygone”. The adventure is whirling around the Spook Shack faction.

Players will have a chance to explore the backstory of this group and their motivations. The key to this is hidden in the past, so delving into these memories is the method to move to the future. Such steps may awaken dangerous visions — and pretty real opponents.

Thanks to progressing through the event’s challenge, you can unlock the A-Rank Agent Komano Manato for free.

Three new Agents join Zenless Zone Zero with Version 2.3. Two of them have the S rank of rarity, and one is of the A rank.

The girl is an S-Rank ZZZ Agent. Lucis can increase the maximum HP of her allies and buff their DMG.

As part of the Spook Shack faction, ZZZ Lucia enjoys horror stories about Ethereals. Telling them to people is Lucia’s way to make friends.

While battling, Lucia should build up the special resource Dream Value and enter the Dream state to provide an essential buff for her team: more health. When a teammate is hit, Lucia activates her passive Aftershock ability and increases their damage.

Lucia has her character banner in Phase 1 of Zenless Zone Zero Version 2.3: from Oct. 15 to Nov. 5.

He is a new A-Rank character. The banner of Komano Manato is also available in Phase 1 of ZZZ 2.3. To receive him for free, you should complete the main event challenge, Memories of Dreams Bygone.

In the game action, Komano Manato is a DPS Agent. The guy accumulates the Burning Core energy to enter the Molten Edge state — the attack DMG increases substantially. When Komano Manato loses his HP, his DMG becomes higher.

In the game’s story, Komano Manato is a great friend who cares deeply about others in Spook Shack.

She is a character to be introduced in Phase 2. The banner of Yidhari is active from Nov. 5 to Nov. 27.

Yidhari is also part of the Spook Shack. She enjoys stories as well, and it feels like she prefers them with some elements of romance.

In Zenless Zone Zero battles, Yidhari can significantly increase damage from her basic attack thanks to the Frozen Edge mechanic. Similar to Komano Manato, Yidhari deals more DMG with lower HP. A unique dash and aftershock are part of Yidhari’s kit in ZZZ 2.3.
