Early access to the next chapter of WoW's Worldsoul Saga is now available.
Early access to World of Warcraft’s (WoW) Midnight expansion is now live! Here’s what players can expect once they enter the WoW Midnight early access.
WoW Midnight early access release date
Early access to WoW Midnight launched on Feb. 26 at 3 p.m. PT, allowing players to enter a new chapter of the Worldsoul Saga.
According to Blizzard Entertainment, his particular chapter goes into Xal’atath and her Devouring Host’s attack on Azeroth. To snuff out the Light, they are targeting the Sunwell. Additionally, prior to this launch, Blizzard Entertainment released several videos to set the tone of the expansion. The latest video featured Arator and the whispers of Xal’atath.
What to expect in the WoW Midnight early access
In terms of what to expect in the early access, players can go through the introduction questline and earn the “Echoes of Midnight” achievement. This rewards them with not only the Devourer Genji skin in Overwatch, but also the Crimson War Bear mount in Heroes of the Storm, Bawkhaus in Diablo IV, and the Harbinger of Darkness pet in Diablo Immortal.
The WoW Midnight early access lets players experience the WoW housing feature, explore new zones, level up to 90, do world quests, progress through renown tracks, complete delves tiers 1 to 7, duke it out in dungeons on normal and difficulty, and opt into the new Prey hunting system as well.
WoW Midnight dungeons
Below are more details about the dungeons and their associated quests and level requirements. “As you level through the storyline on your first character through each of the zones, you’ll encounter quests that tie into the ongoing narrative,” Blizzard Entertainment explained. “Alternatively, all dungeons also become available at level 90 whether these quests have been completed or not. Finding and undertaking the associated quests for each dungeon allows players the opportunity to get into dungeons a little sooner should they choose.”
