Blizzard will donate 100% of the proceeds from Reven Pack sales to CureDuchenne.

World of Warcraft players can now get the Reven Pack item. This pack includes a charity pet inspired by a Netflix documentary about Mats "Ibelin" Steen. Titled "The Remarkable Life of Ibelin," this documentary is about a World of Warcraft player who suffered from Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The documentary reimagines the young Norwegian player's life after his online friends contacted his family following his passing.

According to Blizzard, all of the proceeds from the Reven Pack sales will support CureDuchenne. CureDuchenne is a program dedicated to research toward a cure for Duchenne. The program also improves the care for people worldwide who live with the neuromuscular disease.

"Blizzard Entertainment will donate 100% of the purchase price of “The Reven Pack” digital bundle to CureDuchenne, less any chargebacks, refunds, transaction fees, and Value Added Taxes (VAT), or other similar taxes paid," Blizzard stated. "These versions of items are special editions available as part of this initiative only."

The Reven Pack's charity pet can join a player's adventures in the modern World of Warcraft or Cataclysm Classic. This pack also includes the Reven’s Comfy Carrier for World of Warcraft, which is a transmog backpack item with the sleeping pet. In Norwegian, the word "reven" means "the fox."

Players have until January 7, 2025 at 10 a.m. PST to get the Reven Pack. This can be done through the in-game shop or the Battle.net Shop for $20 USD.
