The WoW MDI TGP Group A champions have been crowned! They’re now going to the 2023 Global Finals.
After a weekend of pushing keys as high as possible, Perplexed and Mandatory became the World of Warcraft Mythic Dungeon International: The Great Push (WoW MDI TGP) champions!
Perplexed and Mandatory win WoW MDI TGP Group A
Between July 21 and July 23, six teams raced against time in various dungeons. Each team had 15 hours in total over these three days to do this. The top two teams with the best overall time earned a place in the TGP 2023 Global Finals.
Both Perplexed and Mandatory fought for the first place on the leaderboard on the first and second day. When it came down to the final day of the WoW MDI TGP Group A dungeons, Perplexed ranked first place with a total score of 178. Meanwhile, Mandatory followed closely behind with 177. These teams earned the bulk of the $30,000 USD prize pool for their efforts.

Perplexed and Mandatory secured their spots in the TGP 2023 Global Finals, but team FSY earned an honorable mention as well. They depleted their final key by less than a minute. Over on Twitter, Player Moadmoad from team Mandatory also acknowledged the close timing.
"Thank god we made it to globals! FSY almost took it. Little shaky, much respect to all competitors, super tight tournament! See you globals!" Moadmoad stated.
With the conclusion of WoW MDI TGP Group A, the next set of teams will compete between July 28 and July 30. Much like the first live broadcast, all of the esports action will be available through Twitch and YouTube starting at 10 a.m. PT. each day.
