The road to the WoW AWC Season 2 Grand Finals begins with registration!
With the conclusion of the first season of the World of Warcraft (WoW) The War Within Arena World Championship (AWC), another exciting esports event is here. Interested teams can now register for the WoW AWC Season 2 action.
WoW AWC Season 2 for The War Within
The Undermine(d) content update is here alongside signups for WoW AWC Season 2. Teams from Europe (EU) and North America (NA) can now register by visiting the Raider.IO website.
According to Blizzard, participating teams can also get the Prized Champion's Prestigious Banner on their journey to the WoW AWC Season 2 Grand Finals. Note that this item is "exclusively available via the [AWC] program by registering for the online Cups."
Prize pool and points
Speaking of Cups, there are three per region, and each Cup features a prize pool of $20,000 USD. This means $10,000 USD per region per Cup. The 2 Gauntlet has a $20,000 USD total prize pool as well. Meanwhile, whichever team wins the Grand Finals gets the lion's share of $100,000 USD per region.

WoW AWC Season 2 schedule
Below is the Season 2 schedule. The broadcast for WoW AWC Cup 1 goes from April 4 to April 6 before Cup 2 happens between April 11 and 13. Then, teams duke it out in Cup 3 between April 18 and 20.
The ultimate goal? A spot in the Grand Finals between May 24 and May 25! Teams also get one last chance to qualify for this event thanks to Season 2 Gauntlet happening on May 23.
