Another tournament, another victory for Echo!

Echo players win WoW MDI The Great Push Global Finals 2023
Between Aug. 18 and Aug. 20, Echo players fought against time in various dungeons. The goal involved pushing keys as high as possible to earn the lion's share of the $300,000 USD prize pool. Echo raced against teams Last Minute, Perplexed, NA's Last Hope, Mandatory, and Legendary for this victory.
When it came down to the wire, Echo earned the best score of 179. Meanwhile, NA's Last Hope and Perplexed got the silver and bronze. Echo also achieved +31 Freehold plus the +30 Halls of Infusion record on the final day of the event!
"We actually did plan on the +31 Freehold because of how the tiebreakers are set up," Echo player Meeres said during the post-match interview. "Technically, a team could've done the same keys as us and not the Halls of Infusion but do the +31 in Freehold."
Meeres added that if his team wasn't able to do Halls of Infusion, then that would be dropped for Freehold.
"But in the end, I mean, we just did all of them," he continued. "So we don't have to think about it too much. But it was a big discussion before going into the day. — What exactly and what key we would do, basically."

Like Echo, the five other teams earned their rightful spot in the WoW MDI TGP Global Finals after weeks of running dungeons and getting the best times possible. While Perplexed and Mandatory secured their spots in the first weekend of games, NA’s Last Hope and Legendary became the champions of Group B. Additionally, Last Minute and Echo fought for the gold in Group B, with the latter team coming out on top with 180 points.

After claiming victory, Echo players celebrated on social media. Meeres gave a shoutout to his teammates Gingi, Clickz, Zaelia, and Naowh. He also acknowledged Echo's achievements during the run and extended his sportsmanship to the other teams.
