Echo achieved a quadruple victory while Liquid became back-to-back champions!
Teams Echo and Liquid achieved victory in yet another World of Warcraft Arena World Championship (WoW AWC) Cup event! Both teams secured spots in the upcoming Dragonflight Season 2 WoW AWC Grand Finals. Here are the results.
Echo players get clean sweep to WoW AWC Grand Finals
Throughout WoW AWC Cups 1 to 4, Echo players took home the gold with four weekly wins in total. This level of gameplay earned the players spots in the WoW AWC Grand Finals, which will happen between Aug. 12 and Aug. 13.
In the final match during WoW AWC Cup 4, Echo players swept Nicebeam 4-0. Prior to that, Echo players were unstoppable. They never lost a match and stayed in the upper bracket throughout the weekend. They earned the most weekly points, which added up to a total of 460!
Since Admirals Esports and The Agents also earned enough points, they will advance to the WoW AWC Grand Finals alongside Echo. The final European team will be determined in the WoW AWC Season 2 Gauntlet tournament.
