VCT LOCK//IN will be here before we know it, so get ready to earn a couple of exclusive VALORANT drops by watching the tournament.

Riot games has announced that drops will be enabled during VCT LOCK//IN. The event kicks off on Feb. 13 with every partnered team, including two invitees from China, eventually taking the stage. If you plan on watching the event on Twitch or YouTube, you can earn an in-game Title and Gun Buddy.

Drops enabled for VCT LOCK//IN

LOCK//IN is the opening tournament of the 2023 VALORANT Champions Tour. It is also the largest international tournament in the VCT's history, with 32 teams competing. The single-elimination tournament spans multiple weeks with all of your favorites fighting for prize money and an extra slot for their region at Masters Tokyo.

Those watching at home on the official VALORANT streaming channels will be eligible for some cool in-game rewards just for tuning in.

The first of two VCT LOCK//IN drops is the "Locked In" title. All you have to do to obtain this reward is watch a live game between Feb. 13 and March 4. That's the entire tournament length, where you'll have the opportunity to earn the title.

Next is an exclusive "Dad Hat Buddy." The Gun Buddy is available at the end of LOCK//IN. You need to watch the Grand Finals on March 4. It will be a best-of-five series to determine the winner of the competition, so why not enjoy it and get yourself an in-game item by simply being in the stream.

How to earn the VCT LOCK//IN drops

Before you can earn the VCT LOCK//IN drops, you'll need to connect your VALORANT account with your YouTube or Twitch account. Riot has put together helpful guides on how to do so for both streaming platforms.

Once your account has been linked to your preferred viewing destination, all you need to do is watch during the aforementioned periods on a channel with drops enabled. You'll receive a notification saying the reward has been earned, which will allow you to claim it and acquire it in VALORANT.
