What is the tournament format?

The Last Chance qualifier adopts a hybrid elimination format. The teams are seeded depending on their performance through the regular VCT season.

The 3rd-6th seeded teams will compete in the quarterfinals. The quarterfinals are single-elimination format meaning this could be the final opportunity for two of these teams in their run to qualifying for VCT Champions 2023. The top two seeds move directly into the upper-bracket semifinals. These matches are all double-elimination format until the Grand finals.

All matches except the Lower Bracket final and the Grand Finals are best-of-five series. The top two teams from the VCT EMEA LCQ will earn their spot at VCT Champions 2023 in Los Angeles.

Where can I watch the VCT EMEA LCQ?

The matches will be broadcast live on the VCT EMEA Twitch channel. We have embedded the stream below for your convenience.
