Riot Games has published the VCT 2024 Roster Construction Rules, which include the start and end date of the season along with the player transfer window. The latter dictates when players can be signed or release from a date. And it is surprisingly lengthy.

- VCT organizations may have both a Game Changers team and an Affiliate team that can play in Challengers, but if the Challengers Affiliate team Ascends, the affiliation must be terminated
