Tejo rockets, ability costs receive hefty nerf in VALORANT patch 10.09

Earlier this month, Riot Games announced the long-awaited nerfs to Tejo after persistent requests from the player base. "Our goal is to keep Guided Salvo as a potent and reliable space-clearing ability, but we want to increase the commitment so that wasted or poorly informed casts come at a greater cost," Riot stated.
"This adjustment will give opponents more opportunities to adapt and strategize round-over-round. We believe that such a powerful, map-targeted flush justifies not having a cooldown". Read more about it here.

Bug Fixes in VALORANT patch notes 10.09
Cosmetics
- Fixed a visual bug that was found in the Bolt skinline that caused the skins to glow brighter than intended after equipping and inspecting the Bolt Flex. The thought that this bug might cause potential issues for photosensitive players, but after conducting extensive testing, they determined there was no substantial risk. It will be kept as an Easter egg.
- Fixed a bug where Kill Banners for certain skins (Oni, Evori Dreamwings, EX.O, Prelude to Chaos, Mystbloom, and more) were appearing smaller than normal after the first kill.
Riot Games is addressing another issue involving the Bolt skins, which currently glow at an excessively bright level. The fix is scheduled for patch 10.11. If you’re photosensitive, you may want to avoid using this skin until then.
Agents
Riot Games will resolve the Omen bug in the next patch, preventing him from using his smoke targeting mode for Dark Cover to let dead allies see through Viper’s Pit and other near-sight effects.
