Talon esports vs Detonation FM: DFM finishes the season without a single series win

The VCT Pacific LCQ is the final opportunity for teams from the region to earn their spot at VCT Champions Los Angeles. Seven teams start the event but only one will make it to Los Angeles. The LCQ starts with Talon esports vs Detonation FM - an elimination match to kick things off. 

The Talon esports roster finished 9th in the VCT Pacific League. The team’s showing was undoubtedly below par for their fans, however, they still have a final opportunity to qualify for the biggest VALORANT event there is.
Detonation FM wasn't far behind at the tenth place. Overall, there's not much separating the two taems, but the stakes are high as the loser of this match is eliminated from the tournament. It will mark the end of the season for the team that loses this series.

The winner gets another opportunity to play against Gen.G and potentially reach the top place to secure their VCT Champions slot.

The VCT Pacific LCQ sends one team to to VCT Champions in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles event takes place in August across a range of 21 days.
