- While Overloaded, KAY/O gains Combat Stim
- If the agent is killed while overloaded, he is downed and enters a destabilized state, allowing allies to stabilize his core and revive him.
How to play KAY/O?
The robot agent is an initiator and will allow players to gain entry to the sites. His Zero/Point allows him to throw knives and suppress the defending agents. The small window of opportunity is often more than enough for players to secure a foothold on the bombsite.
The agent’s ultimate also suppresses opponents’ abilities and should open up different tactical moves for professional teams. The ultimate also gives KAY/O a chance to be revived by a teammate if he dies during the ultimate. While suppression is his bread and butter, the agent’s other abilities are equally important. KAY/O’s Flash grenade explodes multiple times to deal massive amounts of damage if players are near the cluster.
When will KAY/O release in Valorant?
KAY/O will release along with Valorant Episode 3, Act 1 on June 22, 2021.
