Fnatic have started unveiling their Valorant 2023 roster.

Fnatic have announced the signing of Leo "Leo" Jannesson to their roster. The young Swedish sensation will be playing under the European giants for the upcoming VCT season.

Leo brings more firepower to a star-studded Fnatic roster

This announcement comes to us via a short video posted on Fnatic's Twitter page at 3pm GMT. The 18 year old made a name for himself in the EMEA region over the past couple of seasons under Guild Esports. And he proved to be a crucial component in a team that featured the likes of Nikita "Trexx" Cherednichenko and Saif "Sayf" Jibraeel.

While he is primarily known for his Sova play, he has shown himself to be capable of filling whatever role his team requires of him. Not to mention he is a force to be reckoned with on LAN. It is for those reasons that Leo is widely regarded as being the best Initiator in Valorant. A title which is sure to delight Fnatic fans this season.

Leo joins an already stacked Fnatic roster for the upcoming VCT season. Where he will be lining up alongside fellow young star Emir "Alfajer" Bader as well as the ever-lethal Nikita "Derke" Sirmitev. Yet despite his age he brings with him a boatload of experience to a team that was one of the standout sides of last season.

While Fnatic have yet to publicly announce their full roster going into the first season of Franchising, this core trio already looks to be one of the strongest in the world. And with Jake "Boaster" Howlett at the helm, it would appear that Fnatic will once again be a team to be feared within the EMEA region. But the lingering question will be whether or not Fnatic will be able to claim glory in the VCT this time around.
