BLEED vs ZETA DIVISION: What to expect
BLEED and ZETA DIVISION head to the third game of VCT Pacific 2024 Stage 1 in different situations.
New to partnership, BLEED has not yet managed to find its best form. The signing of one of the biggest names in the 2022 season worldwide, Jaccob "yay" Whiteaker, left the team with many expectations. A 2-1 defeat to Talon and another 2-0 to Rex Regum Qeon leave the team without knowing what a victory in the competition is.
On the other hand, ZETA DIVISION got off to a better start with a win against Global Esports. However, the 2-1 defeat to Team Secret left the team 1-1 in the league. In addition to BLEED, ZETA still faces Gen.G and T1 for the competition.

Map 1: Sunset
BLEED opted to start the series at Sunset and started at defensive end. The first half started better for BLEED, managing to win the pistol and the following rounds. However, ZETA DIVISION adapted to the pace of the match which earned them a 6-6 first half.
Things remained balanced until the last rounds of the match where ZETA DIVISION came out on top. The Japanese team took control of the match in the last rounds and an inspired SugarZ3ro contributed to this. ZETA closed the match at 13-9.
Map 2: Ascent
The story of the first half of the second map is very similar to that of the first map. Once again BLEED started better, but ZETA didn't let the opponent open up a large advantage. SugarZ3ro showed that today was his day, but Zest was the highlight with a 15/4 KD in just the first half that ended 7-5 in favor of BLEED.
BLEED was more comfortable in the second half and with great desire to take the series to the third map. The team opened up a 9-5 lead but it was 13-9 that closed the match. For that also helped a yay in form in the second half.
Decider - Map 3: Lotus
Laz brought Chamber back from the first map to the third and was one of the differentiators for ZETA DIVISION's good start in this third map.
BLEED still reacted but ZETA was very comfortable in the first half, ending with a 9-3 advantage. BLEED needed to start well in the second half to dream of a comeback, which didn't happen. ZETA DIVISION started at full speed with the desire to finish the match quickly. From an 11-3, BLEED still came close with an 11-7, several individual initiatives made BLEED dream. However, it was too late and ZETA DIVISION closed the series 13-9.
