Tekken 8 update 1.04: patch notes and schedule

The popular fighting game has a new update.

The developers have prepared another portion of adjustments and improvements for Tekken 8. Patch notes 1.04 contain many changes to character moves. Also, the update adds some new items to the Tekken Shop.

Tekken 8 update 1.04: Overview

According to the official social media account of Tekken, the current update is part of the massive improvements, prepared by the developers. Now, we get patch 1.04. The next wave of adjustments is happening in June 2024 with Tekken 8 patch 1.05.

The main focus of Tekken 8 patch 1.04 is the issue with some characters who do not demonstrate their full potential. Also, the changes come to some overpowered characters to improve the general fighting balance. One more issue to address with this update is connected to complaints of some players, which involves advantages for offensive fighting style.

The official tweet lists these three issues. Other characters will wait for their turn in patch 1.05.
