TEKKEN 8 Season 2 outrage explained

The outrage over TEKKEN 8 Season 2 stems from moves that are nearly impossible to counterplay. One of them is Paul's Hammer of the Gods. Meanwhile, Jack-8's Elbow Jab > Make Some Noise makes the third hit uninterruptible.

In response, the TEKKEN 8 developers issued an official post on X. The post stated that the "causes of the two high-priority issues shown in the image have been identified, and fixes are currently underway."

TEKKEN 8 Season 2 emergency patch release date

The post then announced that an emergency patch, also known as TEKKEN 8 patch v2.00.02, will be released in mid to late April. This patch will address some previously announced adjustments, including the change to throw break chip damage.

"Even after the release of patch 2.00.02, we will continue to carefully review and respond to feedback from the community," the post added.
