Tekken 8’s release is just on the horizon, but until then you can get a taste of the action with the new Tekken 8 Demo. With details unveiled on Dec. 12 on social media, the Tekken 8 Demo will release on PlayStation 5 on Dec. 14, and on Xbox and PC on Steam on Dec. 21

Tekken 8’s official release date is on Jan. 26, 2024, so the Demo is releasing around a month a a handful of days ahead of the game. It’s unknown what the Demo will feature, but we assume something similar to the Closed Beta Tests, which featured limited online battles, versus, and training modes. There will also likely be a smaller character pool.

The full version of Tekken 8 will reportedly feature 32 characters on release, but only 28 have currently been revealed. In the Beta version, there were just 19 characters.
