Here's how the 35P reacted to HYTE's collab with hololive's Sakura Miko which features a case, keycaps, and a desk pad.
PC accessory brand HYTE presented its latest collaboration with hololive VTuber Sakura Miko. Here’s a look at the Sakura Miko-themed case, keycaps, and desk pad, along with what her fans, the 35P, think.
This is one of HYTE’s many collabs with hololive. Previous examples include Hoshimachi Suisei and hololive English -Advent-, both of which were made available last year.
HYTE x Sakura Miko themed Y70 case
The biggest item in this collaboration is the HYTE Y70 Sakura Miko case, which is now available for pre-order on the official website for $299.99. It features custom illustrations on all sides of the case, including the glass panels.
The Y70 is available in Black and White colorways.
The collab also features a keycap and desk pad bundle. Like the case, the 157-keycap set also comes in Black and White colorways, has custom art, and is compatible with ANSI and JIS.
It comes with a 900mm x x400mm exclusive desk mat. The bundle goes for $134.99 on the official website.
Both items are set to release in Q2 to Q3 of this year. The art on this collab is credited to professional illustrator Rosuuri.
For gamers who prefer a pre-built PC but would still like to give their setup a Sakura Miko theme, HYTE’s sister company, iBUYPOWER, is set to launch one soon featuring the collab Y70 case.
What 35P and hololive fans think of the HYTE x Sakura Miko collab
Like many of HYTE’s previous hololive-themed products, the Sakura Miko line was received warmly by fans.
Japanese 35P also seemed to be a big fan of the collab. “The back panel, which has the ‘Virtual Sakura Shrine’ badge on it, is great,” wrote one user.
Another user advised fellow Japanese fans to shop in person instead of online due to the high shipping fees.
Meanwhile, some hololive fans are calling for collabs with their favorite talents. Some VTubers mentioned were Fuwawa and Mococo Abyssgard of hololive English -Justice-, and Ookami Mio of hololive Gamers.
