The current Teamfight Tactics (TFT) set is coming to an end, and patch 14.22 is Set 12's final one. As we wrap up Magic n' Mayhem, players can look forward to TFT Set 13 in patch 14.23, which will introduce characters from Arcane.
TFT Set 13 release date
According to Riot Games, TFT patch 14.23 will mark a completely new set. This means TFT Set 13 will coincide with patch 14.23. While the release date hasn’t been officially confirmed, a new set’s public beta environment (PBE) update typically goes live on Tuesdays.
"And finish your Magic n’ Mayhem ranked climb while you can — 14.23 is a completely new set!" Rodger "Riot Prism" Caudill stated in the latest TFT patch notes.

What we do have confirmed, however, is that TFT Set 13 will feature characters from Arcane. These characters will be playable exclusively starting with TFT patch 14.23. TFT Set 13's Arcane champions include Ambessa Medarda and Powder. The new update will also welcome Chibi Caitlyn.
Additionally, judging from the recent TFT posts on social media, some of the other TFT Arcane characters will likely be Vi, Vander, Sevika, Smeech, Ekko, Scar, and Caitlyn's team of enforcers. In terms of what else to expect in TFT Set 13, the patch will bring about traits and mechanics inspired by the Arcane television series.
