TFT Set 13 celebrates Arcane

According to the announcement, TFT Set 13 features Arcane champions, including Ambessa Medarda and Powder — the latter of which becomes Jinx in the animated series. The set also introduces traits and mechanics inspired by the show.

"And, of course, she'll be a playable unit in Teamfight Tactics," Arcane co-creator Christian Linke confirmed, referring to Ambessa. "But we'll let you theorycraft what her traits might be."

The TFT x Arcane crossover also brings in new Arenas and Tacticians inspired by the show. One example is Chibi Caitlyn, with more to be revealed later this year.

"The team's going all out on Arcane for their next set," Riot Games co-founder and chief product officer Marc Merrill said. "You'll be able to fully immerse yourself in Season 2 — from exclusive champions to mechanics, to traits, cosmetics, and more."

"You'll hear more about all the exclusive Arcane characters in TFT's dev drop next month," Linke added.
