TFT patch 16.2 notes

According to Rodger "Riot Prism" Caudill , the goal of TFT patch 16.2 is to lower the difference between AD and AP compositions. It also aims to make emblems viable in Lore & Legends. He then explained that TFT patch 16.2 mainly focuses on number tuning due to time constraints. However, more impactful design changes are planned for TFT patch 16.3.

"We've already got quite a few larger changes to address more design-impactful concerns," Riot Prism said. "These will be coming with patch 16.3. For now, happy new year and remember, to work towards those new year resolutions, stay consistent, and working out with Sett makes you bigger (or attack faster)."
