TFT proposal at TFT Paris Open
On Dec. 12, the official TFT account shared a video of a marriage proposal that happened at the TFT Paris Open. The video included the "She said yes!" caption and also featured some audio leading up to that moment.
"Thank you for coming with me," the person proposing said. "I know you don't like long flights. In the future, will you be willing to stay with me for the rest of our lives? Will you marry me?"
On social media, many folks congratulated the couple and wished them well. Some users on X also pointed out the talented cosplayers in the background.

What made the video extra special was the song "Ma Meilleure Ennemie" by Luc Van Haver, Pomme, and Stromae playing throughout it. The song was featured in League of Legends' Arcane series, which included Ekko, Jinx, and Powder.
In Season 2, the show portrayed Ekko and Powder as a couple in an alternate universe. In that universe, Powder never became Jinx. A dedicated "Ma Meilleure Ennemie" music video was even created for them. The TimeBomb music video can be watched below.
When the song was first released, it became Riot Games' biggest streaming debut in history. It had over 10 million streams a day. As for the music video, it referenced episode 7 of Arcane Season 2 in particular.
"My first reaction when I saw the scene was, frankly, I found it quite poetic," Stromae said. "I understood the vision that the directors and all the animators had of the series. They clearly knew what they wanted. I thought the music and everything worked well together, especially since it’s a pretty crucial moment."
Pomme shared some thoughts about the song and episode as well. "I actually understood the people’s reaction and enthusiasm because there was a kind of beauty, romanticism, and sweetness that is actually quite rare in the series. There was something special about that episode."
