Reebok and Street Fighter team up for a shoe collection worth fighting over

#News

Get a quarter or two ready as Reebok and Street Fighter combine forces for a shoe collection that’s wonderful, pricey, and sure to be popular.

Reebok and Street Fighter are taking to the streets with a new shoe collection as big as the Street Fighter 6 roster. Announced yesterday and set for a planned release date of Dec. 15 at 12 a.m. EST, the collection of shoes and a few clothing items is colorful and seems to wonderfully channel the spirit of the classic fighting game franchise. This is a continuing trend by Reebok of using popular culture for shoe inspiration. Other releases this year include the likes of Jurassic Park and Looney Toons.

Reebok x Street Fighter: No DLC gems included

Credit where credit is due: This collection by Reebok covers a wide swath of Street Fighter and its roster. This includes clear inspiration taken from each character and placed into the designs, such as the Chun-Li Classic Leather shoe featuring her trademark wrist spikes.
The other fighters featured in the Reebok x Street Fighter collection includes Gill, Ryu, Akuma, Zangief, Cammy, M. Bison, and Dhalsim. The collection also includes shoes inspired by the game's training mode, Street Fighter 2: Championship Edition, and some classic slides.
The shoes don't come cheap and will go fast, so if you're looking to put a quarter or two into the shoe machine make sure you're ready on Dec. 15 at midnight.
Keep your feet ready with esports.gg and any other shoe/gamer collaborations that come around.
