Red Bull Kumite Canada Qualifier: All roads lead to Paris
On March 29, the Red Bull Kumite Canada Qualifier event will take place in Vancouver, British Columbia. This tournament, which will be part of the Battle of BC 7 event, will feature a four-person, double-elimination bracket.
- Qualifier registration (Registration ends on March 24 at 3 a.m. EDT)
Only one player will end up winning a trip to Paris. There, they will duke it out in the Red Bull Kumite Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) tournament. The ultimate goal? A spot in the 16-player invitational at the 2025 Red Bull Kumite World Final! Will Saul "MenaRD" Mena, the champion of Red Bull Kumite New York 2024 be able to defend his crown this year in Paris?
Last year, Zhen won the Red Bull Kumite Canada National Final, also known as the Red Bull Kumite Canada Qualifier 2024 event. In an interview with esports.gg, he talked about his experience, saying it was incredible to be in Toronto's Red Bull Gaming Studio in person after previously just watching events from home.
The 2024 event also included players Michael "Mikex" Becker, Thunder "JOE UMEROGAN" De Langis, and Amin "Kaymin" Elsaad. All of these players sat down with esports.gg for interviews about the Street Fighter franchise, the meta back then, and more.

Battle of BC 7
As mentioned, the Battle of BC 7 event will host the Red Bull Kumite Canada Qualifier tournament. The Battle of BC 7 event overall will happen between March 28 and March 30 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
