Popular Kick streamer, Clavicular, is facing no criminal charges after running over a man with his Cybertruck.

If you are any what involved in the world of streamers, you have probably heard the news revolving around Clavicular. The popular Kick streamer was banned from the website recently after running over an alleged stalker with his Cybertruck while live on stream.

Well, according to a post by TMZ, it would seem that the streamer is facing no criminal charges for his actions, getting off scot-free.

In a recent post on their TikTok, TMZ reported that Clavicular will be facing no criminal charges for his actions. This is also according to a Miami Sheriff’s Department, which TMZ claims reported directly to them.

However, there is little to no other information posted about this resolution, leaving some fans wondering how credible it really is.

The streamer ran over a stalker just days ago while live streaming, seriously injuring the person. This created a spark of debate amongst people across the internet on whether Clavicular was justified in his actions or if he should be charged with attempted murder, as the person was badly hurt and he could have simply just driven away.

Then, Clavicular showed the person following him around, as they stood in front of his car, and he quickly ran them over with the large Cybertruck.

Debate was heavy amongst people across the internet, as quite a few people took to his side while many condemned his actions. Well, it would seem as if he is not going to face any actual consequences if the news about him not facing criminal charges is true.
